I listened to an Imam on Friday responding to the anti-Muslim sentiment in New York, Tennessee, and California. It was a beautiful khutba (sermon). The core message he gave, “Forgive. Forgive. Forgive.” Then he requested honest people to start a peaceful dialogue to build understanding. They will also be holding a memorial service for 9/11.
